What data we hold

Your account email and display name.
Your Chess.com / Lichess username (if linked).
Your imported games and their engine analyses.
Your detected weakness patterns and skill profile.
AI-generated lessons, exercises, and insights associated with your account.
Aggregate usage counters tied to your account (no advertising identifiers).

How we verify identity

To protect you from unauthorized requests, we may ask you to confirm your request from the email address on file or to provide details only the account owner would know (e.g., linked Chess.com username).

Response time

We respond within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need extra time due to complexity or volume, we'll let you know within the first 30 days and complete the request within 60 days total.
